"Avila is very beautiful and relaxing property. We checked about 5 options in this area before choosing this one. Now we are very happy that we chose an apartment here. New ventilation and appliances are of significant importance for comfortable living. Also great amenities area, large swimming pool, amazing fitness center, and stylish offices in the main building where you can peacefully work on laptop. Lawns are often mowed and the entire complex is cleaned. I would like to note very friendly and always accessible staff, they are really professional, quickly answer any questions and always willing to help with anything we need. We are joyful to call Avila our home now! We love this place very much"
